Position Overview

The ideal candidate is in tune with the DFSM Inc. ecosystem and has a professional, driven and sociable personality. Tasked with keeping our community highly engaged via our social platforms we require someone who is patient and creative to help us grow our community base.

What You'll Do

  • Promote a welcoming, community environment to encourage user engagement & discussion.
  • Solve problems & answer questions raised by community members, provide support and assistance on behalf of the core team.
  • Lead community events such as fun daily trivia with sports style questions.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with community moderators.
  • Overseeing communication and monitoring of sponsored contests collab participants.
  • Manage a budget for monthly community giveaways & engagement activities.
